PUPILS VISIT THE CHARENTE REGION OF FRANCE
12 children recently visited Touverac school and took part in activities with the French children throughout the week.  The children listened to a storyteller from Chad, visited an art museum, took part in athletics, put together a short play, visited a riverside museum and a car museum and went on a boat trip down the river Charente.

CHILDREN LEARN ABOUT COMPOSTING
What a difference a worm makes!  Children who attended the composting sessions with Lydia from SWAC know all about the value of the worms in our garden.  They learned how worms help to make compost and what we can do to turn food waste and paper into compost for the garden.
